‘Walking Dead,’ ‘Big Bang’ events coming to Showplace 12

TERRE HAUTE — Stars and producers of the smash hit horror drama “The Walking Dead” and No. 1 comedy series “The Big Bang Theory” will be seen on movie theater screens nationwide this March as part of the ultimate TV fan festival: PaleyFest, aka The William S. Paley Television Festival.

PaleyFest will kick off at 8 p.m. March 7 when the stars of “The Walking Dead” can be seen at AMC Showplace 12 in Terre Haute.

Captured live from the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, Calif., on March 1, this one-night event will provide the unique opportunity to join the cast as it screens exclusive, never-before-seen footage and take part in a Q&A.

Moderated by “Talking Dead” host Chris Hardwick, panelists will include actors Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes), David Morrissey (The Governor), Danai Gurira (Michonne), Laurie Holden (Andrea), Lauren Cohan (Maggie Greene), Steven Yeun (Glenn Rhee), Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon), Scott Wilson (Hershel Greene) and Chandler Riggs (Carl Grimes); as well as executive producers Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, Dave Alpert and Greg Nicotero.

Then at 10 p.m. on March 13, fans will have the ability to interact with the star-studded cast of “The Big Bang Theory.” This live event will also be available at Showplace 12.

The cast will be taking questions from the studio audience in Los Angeles as well as movie theater audiences across the country.

“PaleyFest Featuring ‘The Big Bang Theory’” will include actors Johnny Galecki (Leonard Hofstadter), Jim Parsons (Sheldon Cooper), Kaley Cuoco (Penny), Simon Helberg (Howard Wolowitz), Kunal Nayyar (Raj Koothrappali), Mayim Bialik (Amy Farrah Fowler) and Melissa Rauch (Bernadette Rostenkowski); plus creators and executive producers Chuck Lorre, Bill Prady and Steven Molaro.
