Real Hacienda — 2750 S. U.S. 41 (3 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) Rice in steam table found at 131 degrees — should be 135 degrees or above; table mounted can opener found with accumulated debris; observed gnats throughout kitchen.
La Isla Mexican Restaurant — 1559 Fort Harrison (3 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) Tamales on stove 123 degrees — should be 135 degrees or above; refried beans cooling on ice still 98 degrees after 2-3 hours (discarded); fruit fries observed under front counter and in dishroom.
Sandcut Grocery — 8094 Rosedale Road (2 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) Pizza slices in warmer found at 125-133 degrees — should be 135 degrees or above; dishes/utensils not sanitized after washing.
Holiday Inn — 3300 U.S. 41 (1 Critical, 4 Non—Critical) Fruit flies observed in bar area.
Sandcut Tavern — 6100 E. Rio Grande (1 Critical) Handwash sink observed with mold and debris around handles.
