Mike Armstrong to headline March Comedy Night at the Landing

Comedian Mike Armstrong will headline Comedy Night at the Landing at Fort Harrison in Terre Haute on Thursday. WTWO and WFXW FOX 38 will be sponsoring the show.

Armstrong is an ex-cop-turned-comedian. He has performed in Vegas at the Tropicana and has headlined at several comedy clubs throughout the United States. He has made TV appearances on NBC, FOX, TNN Comedy Central and he is heard as a frequent guest of the “Bob and Tom Show.”

Dave “The King” Wilson will also be back at Comedy Night at the Landing. Dave is a former world-renowned standup comedian of 11 years, and has been an Indianapolis radio icon for longer than that. First with the “Bob & Tom Show” and then as the longtime host of the WIBC afternoon show, Wilson has become part of the Indy landscape. He is a past winner of Showtime’s Funniest Comic in Indiana and has served as announcer for the Indianapolis Colts and Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Tickets are on sale now at the Landing at Fort Harrison for $10 in advance and $15 at the door the night of the show. The Landing is north of Terre Haute off U.S. 41, just off Fort Harrison Road at 3350 North Fourth St. Entertainment will begin at 7:30 p.m. and guests are invited to the Oasis Restaurant for Steak Night, side and salad for only $14.99 prior to the show.
