The Happy Together Tour 2012 is coming to the Effingham Performance Center at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 9.

master.com, by phone at 1-800-745-3000, at Ticketmaster outlets or at the Effingham Performance Center at 1325 Outer Belt West, Effingham, Ill., from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Ticket prices for The Happy Together Tour range from $39 to $57.
The 2012 lineup for the Happy Together Tour includes The Turtles featuring Flo & Eddie, The Monkees’ lead singer Micky Dolenz, Gary Puckett & The Union Gap, The Grass Roots and The Buckinghams.
The Turtles featuring Flo & Eddie combine outrageous satire and zany antics with Top 40 hits such as “Happy Together” and “Elenore.”
The Monkees’ Micky Dolenz, lead singer of one of America’s all-time favorite bands, continues to perform the hits “I’m A Believer” and (I’m Not Your) “Steppin’ Stone.”
Gary Puckett & The Union Gap is one of the most successful musical groups of the ’60s with Top 10 Billboard hits including “Young Girl” and “This Girl Is A Woman Now.”
The Grass Roots is another highly successful rock ’n’ roll group with Top 40 hits including “Temptation Eyes” and “Two Divided By Love.”
The Buckinghams deliver a spectacular live show that includes their Billboard Top 40 hits, and a mix of audience’s sizzling favorites from the pop and rock charts of the 1960s and early 1970s, including “Don’t You Care” and “Susan.”
This event is part of the 2011-12 Effingham Performance Center season sponsored by Midland States Bank.
