Drennan-Waugh

Eldon and Peggy Loftis of Hazel Dell, Ill., and Kenn Shutts of Shelbyville, Ill., announce the approaching marriage of their daughter, Jessica Lynn Drennan, to James Michael Waugh, son of Deloice and Theresiea Waugh of Marshall, Ill.

The couple will be united in marriage at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, in the Hazel Dell School Community Center at Hazel Dell.

A reception will follow the ceremony. Friends and relatives are invited.

The bride-elect is a 2001 home school graduate. She is a certified nursing assistant at Heartland Manor Nursing Center in Casey, Ill.

Waugh is a 2007 graduate of Marshall High School, and is a welder and road crew member at Yargus Manufacturing in Marshall, Ill.



Emert-Kinnebrew

Jeanna L. Emert of Nashville, Tenn., and John S. Kinnebrew of Nashville, and formerly of Terre Haute, will be united in marriage on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, in Nashville.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Ken and Linda Emert of Midland, Texas, and Emily Lynn Walker of Nashville. She has a 2001 honors degree in history and women’s studies from Harvard University, and is the director of the Annual Fund at Alive Hospice.

Kinnebrew is the son of Cynthia and George Kinnebrew of Terre Haute. He is a 1997 graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School and graduated from Harvard University in 2001 with an honors degree in computer science. He is a doctoral candidate at Vanderbilt University, pursuing his Ph.D. in computer science.



Minnis-Scott

Sarah Minnis and Richard Scott will be united in marriage on Friday, Jan. 1, 2010, in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Bill Minnis and Marian Cash of Paris, Ill. She is a graduate of Paris High School and will graduate in May from Indiana State University with a degree in English.

Scott is the son of Joy and Bruce Scott of Paris. He is a graduate of Paris High School and is serving with the United States Army in Hawaii.

A local reception is planned later in the year.
