Nusbaum-Jordan

Amanda Mae Nusbaum of Terre Haute and Dennis Clayton Jordan Jr. of West Terre Haute will be united in marriage April 30, 2011.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Don Nusbaum and Jamee Burdick and the late Kymm Carlton. She is a licensed practical nurse at the Sisters of Providence.

Jordan is the son of Dennis Jordan and Cathy Waldon. He is a mechanic at Waldon Auto and Truck Repair.

Long-Adams

Nicole Marie Long of Marshall, Ill., and Cody Alan Adams of Roachdale will be united in marriage at 5:30 p.m. May 21, 2011, at Marshall First Christian Church in Marshall, Ill.

Friends and relatives are invited.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Greg Long and Tara Shepard-Long of Plainfield and Charla and Robert Evinger of Marshall, Ill. She is a graduate of Indiana State University and employed at Bath and Body Works.

Adams is the son of Les and Tracey Adams of Roachdale and a graduate of Indiana State University. He is employed by WTHI.

Sangret-Allison

Ashley Lauren Sangret and Peter Fred Allison will be married at 4 p.m. Sept. 10, 2011, at World Gospel Church in Terre Haute. 

Friends and relatives are welcome.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Lauren Sangret of Eastpointe, Mich., and a 2004 graduate of East Detroit High School. She is finishing her associate’s degree in liberal arts at the University of Maryland and will pursue a voice major at the University of Alabama-Huntsville. She is employed with the 389th Army Band stationed at Huntsville. 

Allison is the son of Bruce and Betsy Allison of Terre Haute. He is a 2003 graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School, attended Indiana University for jazz studies, and is a trumpet performance major at the University of Alabama-Huntsville. He is a trumpet player with the U.S. Army.
