Robertson-Martin

Ashley Robertson and Jeff Martin of New Goshen will be united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 3, 2011, in Tanner Valley United Methodist Church at Lawrenceburg, Ind.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Debbie and Bill Robertson of Lawrenceburg and a 2010 graduate of Indiana State University with a degree in family and consumer sciences. She is employed by Hamilton Center Inc.

Martin is the son of Lisa Martin of New Goshen and Robert Martin of Universal. He is a 2002 graduate of South Vermillion High School at Clinton and employed by CDI.

King-Conner

Emily King, formerly of Indian Hill, Ohio, and Ryan Conner, formerly of Terre Haute, will be united in marriage in October 2011. 

The bride-elect is the daughter of Cynthia and Kelly King of Indian Hill and a graduate of Indian Hill High School and Purdue University with a degree in industrial engineering. She is a logistics planner with General Mills in Chicago.

Conner is the son of Susan and Michael Tingley of Terre Haute, and the late Paul Conner. He graduated from Terre Haute South Vigo High School and Purdue University with a degree in industrial technology and distribution. He is a project manager with PepsiCo in Chicago.

Siegel-Pierson

Elizabeth Esther LeCour Siegel and Nicholas Aron Pierson will be united in marriage on Saturday, July 23, 2011, in the White Chapel on the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology campus.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Dr. Alan Siegel and James and Linda (LeCour) Snapp. She is a 2006 graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School. She earned her bachelor of science degree in chemistry in 2010 from Indiana University, where she is enrolled as a second year graduate student in the chemistry department.

Pierson is the son of Dr. Duane and Delores Pierson of Indianapolis. He is a 2004 graduate of North Central High School. He earned a bachelor of science degree in chemistry in 2008 from Wittenberg University and is a chemistry Ph.D. candidate at Indiana University.

Smith-Helms

Diana Elizabeth Smith of Clinton and Jacob Lawerence Helms of Corydon will be united in marriage at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 13, 2011, in Bethany Congregational Church at West Terre Haute.

A reception will follow the ceremony in LeFer Hall at St. Mary-of-the-Woods College.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Leonard and Crystal Smith of Clinton, attends Indiana State University, and is a waitress.

Helms is the son of Romma Helms of Corydon and James Helms of Terre Haute. He is a graduate of Indiana State University and serves in the United States Army.

Love-Hays

Yuki Marie Love of Volo, Ill., and Thomas Robert Hays of Volo and formerly of Terre Haute will be united in marriage at 6 p.m. July 16, 2011, in Bali Hai Golf Club at Las Vegas.

Friends and relatives are invited.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Midori and Clifford Nims of Round Lake, Ill. She is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and employed by World Wide Fittings.

Hays is the son of Marianne and Tom Hays of Terre Haute. He is a graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School and Morehead State University, and is employed by Brunswick Zone.
