In an Oct. 5 story about property tax caps, The Associated Press, relying on information from the Indiana Legislative Services Agency, reported erroneously how property tax relief was distributed among residential, rental and commercial, industrial and utility properties. The agency now says homeowners got 2.7 percent of the relief, not 5.4 percent, rental property owners received 82.2 percent, not 46 percent, and commercial and industrial properties got 12.4 percent, not 47.3 percent.
