TERRE HAUTE — • In the Nov. 8 Terre Haute city election, Democrat Charles Hanley, city clerk, will be seeking re-election. He is unopposed. The City Clerk’s race was inadvertently omitted from Saturday’s special election section.

• Republican Thomas J. “T.J.” Sneddon is a candidate for mayor of Brazil. His name was incorrect is an Election 2011 special section inserted in Saturday’s Tribune-Star.

• The reception and awards ceremony for the Arts Corridor Banner Design Competition will take place Friday, Nov. 4. The date was incorrectly reported in Saturday’s Tribune-Star.

• In a Saturday report on financial receipts, it was incorrectly reported that Michael Cline of Indianapolis, listed as INDOT commissioner, contributed to the campaign of Mayor Duke Bennett. Michael Cline is an engineer with Hannum, Wagle & Cline of Terre Haute.
