TERRE HAUTE — • The peak era of Terre Haute-born songwriter Paul Dresser was the 1890s. The date was incorrect in a column in Thursday’s Tribune-Star concerning a planned sculpture of Dresser, who wrote the state song, “On the Banks of the Wabash (Far Away).”
