TERRE HAUTE — A news release on the Terre Haute Police Department awards last week included an incorrect name. The Civilian Service Award was presented to Greg Gauer, Chris Howard, Connie Mallory-Johnson, Meg Merrill, Richard Mootherly, Wayne Noel, Chris Poff and Doug Stagg for saving the life of Chauncey Rose Middle School student Daniel Walls Jr.
