TERRE HAUTE — • Joshua Orman’s 30-year prison sentence will be served concurrently to a sentence he received in Clay County. Orman signed a negotiated plea agreement that also allows him to request a sentence modification after 19 years of good behavior. Orman was sentenced March 24 in Vigo Superior Court 3, and was ordered to serve 25 years in the Indiana Department of Correction, followed by five years in formal probation. Provisions of Orman’s sentence were incorrect in Friday’s Tribune-Star.
