INDIANAPOLIS —
A “Remaining Union Free” seminar, Nov. 13 in Indianapolis, will offer a discussion with tips on how to develop strategies and in-house programs to enhance an organization’s ability to operate in a union-free environment.
Speakers will offer real-life examples and up-to-date information that businesses should not be without if there are concerns about union organizing efforts.
Topics include the new right-to-work legislation, how unions are changing and how they market themselves to employees, employee involvement and communication programs, how to avoid unfair labor practices and more.
Registration is limited to management personnel directly from a corporation. Specific location, hotel information and directions will be sent with registration confirmation.
Cost is $299 for Indiana Chamber members and $329 for non-members. Group discounts are available.
