Pizza place’s effort benefits Big Brothers Big Sisters

Boston’s The Gourmet Pizza is conducting its annual Valentine’s campaign to raise funds for local charities.

In Terre Haute, proceeds will support Big Brothers Big Sisters of Vigo County.

Boston’s patrons can get involved in the local fundraiser through two opportunities. Now through Feb. 14, the restaurant will sell special paper hearts for a $1 donation.

Boston’s patrons are encouraged to write personalized Valentine’s messages on the hearts, which will be displayed in the restaurant.

For five days, Boston’s will cap off the promotion by selling heart-shaped pizzas Feb. 10 through Feb. 14. For every heart-shaped pizza purchased, Boston’s will donate $1 to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Vigo County.

All proceeds from the fundraiser will assist Big Brothers Big Sisters of Vigo County to increase life chances for at-risk youth in the community through prevention services.

To enjoy Boston’s heart-shaped pizzas and help Big Brothers Big Sisters of Vigo County at the same time, patrons can visit the restaurant at 5601 South U.S. Highway 41.

For more information on Big Brothers Big Sisters of Vigo County, call (812) 234-0709.
