Time Warner offers new levels of Internet service

TERRE HAUTE — Time Warner Cable is expanding the next generation of Internet service to customers across the Midwest using DOCSIS 3 equipment and its advanced fiber network.

There are two new levels of service available for Terre Haute residential customers:

• Time Warner Cable Wideband Internet – TWC Wideband Internet features 50 Mbps down by 5 Mbps up, built in wireless service on an 802.11n router, 30 mailboxes and up to 10 Gb of email storage for $99.95 per month.

• Road Runner Broadband Extreme — Road Runner Extreme offers 30 Mbps down by 5 Mbps up and 30 mailboxes with 10 Gb of email storage for $19.95 on top of Road Runner Standard, or $10 to upgrade from Turbo. Also, subscribers can add wireless for just $4.99 more per month

There are additional savings when the service is bundled with other Time Warner Cable products.

“Through our advanced fiber-optic network, we deliver innovative, cutting-edge products that speak to the growing needs of both the tech-savvy user and multi-media families who simply want the fastest speeds,” said regional vice president of operations Shannon Mullen.

Wideband is also available for businesses. Time Warner Cable Business Class offers communication tools to small, medium and enterprise-sized companies. TWCBC Midwest serves more than 120,000 customers and consists of several markets throughout Wisconsin, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska.
