TERRE HAUTE — After conferring with local meteorologists concerning Saturday's weather forecast calling for heavy rain showers, storms and a possibility of snow flurries, the Indiana State University Tandem Committee has announced it is postponing the annual Tandem Bike Race until Sunday, April 15, at 11 am at Recreation East on the ISU campus.
