TERRE HAUTE — Vigo County Prosecutor Terry Modesitt said he has requested that an investigation be made into allegations of stalking and sexual harassment against Vigo County Recorder Ray Watts.
Indiana State Police began the investigation today. Watts, 60, has not been arrested or charged with any crime.
Modesitt said he will determine if any charges will be filed once the state police investigation is concluded.
