Indiana State Police have arrested the alleged shooter in the early Sunday shootings of Patrick D. Ruff and LeighAnn Lovelace at Dugger.
Timothy B. Kean, 35, of rural Sullivan, was released from Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis early today and was transported to the Sullivan County Jail by Indiana State Police troopers.
Kean was incarcerated at about 5:30 a.m. with no bond. He has been preliminarily charged with two counts of attempted murder, a class-A felony.
Indiana State Police detectives from the Putnamville Post continue to investigate the shootings. Anyone with information is urged to contact ISP Detective Tom Hanks at (765) 653-4114.
