The next Brown Bag program is planned for 12:10 p.m. Nov. 28 at the Vigo County Public Library’s main branch.
Author Guy Fraker will discuss his new book, “Lincoln’s Ladder to the Presidency: The Eighth Judicial Circuit.” This is the first book written about Lincoln’s time on the Eighth Circuit where he spent about half of his professional life.
Fraker is a lawyer and has practiced in most of the counties of the Eighth Judicial Circuit. He also served as a consultant and participant in the award winning PBS special “Abraham Lincoln: Prelude to the Presidency.”
