MARSHALL, ILL. —
The Marshall Christmas Committee is presenting the 22nd annual “Festival of Lights” drive-through at the Clark County fairgrounds in Marshall, Ill. The event will run daily from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday through Dec. 31.
As part of the event, guests are welcome to bring Christmas lights that no longer work, or lights they no longer need, to the Santa house to be recycled.
