ROCKVILLE —
Through Aug. 1, associate members of the Covered Bridge Art Association will have their work on display. Those participating are from throughout the Wabash Valley, northern Illinois and Indiana, and Wisconsin. A reception for the artists will conclude the exhibit from 2-4 p.m. Aug. 1. Everyone is invited to enjoy the food and conversation with the artists.
The artwork was judged by Chiz Henrichs of Brazil. She is well-known for her artwork, specializing in watercolor and china painting. She is also a special friend of the Art Gallery.
All the artwork is for sale but cannot be removed until the end of the show. There are also displays by local artists that are available both for sale and immediate removal.
Those viewing this show are invited to choose their favorite entry. A “Most Popular” award will be given at the end of the show.
The Art Gallery is on the north side of the Historic Square in Rockville. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Tuesdays (when the gallery is closed) and 1 to 5 p.m. Sundays. For more information, call (765) 569-9422 or visit www.coveredbridgeartgallery.com. Admission is free.
