Wednesday's estimated Powerball jackpot has swelled to $500 million and the Hoosier Lottery wants to give Indiana players a few free chances to haul in the record-setting prize.
Beginning at 6 a.m. Wednesday, the Hoosier Lottery will hand out one free Powerball ticket (a $2 value) to each of the first 425 players that visit Thorntons at 3333 S. U.S. 41.
Players must be age 18 or older to participate. The Hoosier Lottery encourages all players to play responsibly.
