3. AMBER ALERTS MAY BE A TURN OFF TO SOME

A new national alert system recently rolled out to cellphones that a child had been abducted has officials worried people will choose to opt out if their phones come to life unexpectedly.

4. SOMBER CEREMONY TO MARK SHUTTLE TRAGEDY
