Mr. and Mrs. Lynwood Andrews will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 3 to 5 p.m. today, Feb. 28, 2010, in Calvary Temple Church in Terre Haute.
Friends and relatives are invited and cards are welcome.
The couple were married Feb. 27, 1960, in Flint, Mich. Mrs. Andrews, the former June Wright, is a self-employed massage therapist. Andrews is retired from the corrigated box industry and now is associate pastor at Calvary Temple Church.
The couple have two sons, Bryan Andrews of St. Louis, and the Rev. Kyle and wife Beth Andrews of Terre Haute. They also have three grandchildren.
Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Drake
Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Drake of Sullivan will observe their 50th wedding anniversary today, Feb. 28, 2010. They celebrated with a southern Caribbean cruise and plan to celebrate with family and friends at a later date.

The Drakes were married Feb. 28, 1960, by the Rev. Kenneth Holdzkom in Farmersburg United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Drake, the former Reatha Arlene Shew, was manager of the dental office for Dr. J.M. Reynolds. Drake is retired from Pfizer Inc.
The couple have two children, Mike Drake and wife Beth, and Angela Jones and husband JD, all of Sullivan. They also have eight grandchildren.
