Mr. and Mrs. Ed Heady

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Heady of Pimento observed their 40th wedding anniversary on Sept. 17, 2012, with family and plan a trip to Gulf Shores, Ala.

Cards are welcome and may be sent to 15750 S. All St., Pimento, IN 47866.

The Headys were married Sept. 17, 1972, in Pimento United Methodist Church by the Rev. Pete Lafco. Mrs. Heady is the former Judy Sisson. They own Heady Heating & Cooling in Farmersburg.

The couple have two children, Chad Heady and wife Kelly of Farmersburg and Amy Kelsay and husband Joe of Whiteland. They also have six grandchildren.



Mr. and Mrs. Jack Griffin Sr.

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Griffin Sr. of Clinton will observe their 63rd wedding anniversary on Oct. 2, 2012.  

The Griffins were married Oct. 2, 1949, in First Baptist Church in St. Bernice.

Mrs. Griffin is the former Mary Louise Ward of St. Bernice.

The couple have four children, Shirley (and Mike) Overpeck of Dana, Sandra Gilbert of Terre Haute, Carol Thomas of Seelyville, and Jack Griffin Jr. of Clinton. They also have four grandchildren, Valerie (Matt) Crouch of Clinton, Darrin (Jennifer) Overpeck of Dana, Gayle (Dwayne) Norman of Marshall, and Trey Thomas of Clinton; and seven great-granddaughters.



Mr. and Mrs. Mike Eslinger

The children of Mike and Darla Eslinger announce their parent’s 50th wedding anniversary.

It is requested that gifts be omitted but cards are welcome.

Mike and Darla were married Oct. 13, 1962, in the Presbyterian Church at Clinton. They will celebrate with an open house from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012, in the Redbud Hill Reception Hall at Rockville.

The couple have three children and five grandchildren.
