Mr. and Mrs. Bruce McDowell of Goshen and formerly of Terre Haute will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Feb. 21, 2010.
The McDowells were married Feb. 21, 1960, in Terre Haute. Mrs. McDowell, the former Rose Mary Cox, is a homemaker. McDowell retired as a vice president of International Operations of Solvay Enzymes.
The couple have three children, Elizabeth Vandermolen of Zeeland, Mich., Laura McDowell of South Bend and Randal McDowell of Warsaw. They also have four grandchildren.
