Mr. and Mrs. Herb Mason
Mr. and Mrs. Herb Mason of Terre Haute will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary Feb. 7, 2010.
A Mediterranean cruise is planned this spring.
The Masons were married Feb. 7, 1970, in South Bend. Mrs. Mason is the former Laura Goldfuss.
The couple have one daughter, Michelle Slisher and husband Scott. They also have two granddaughters.
Mr. and Mrs. John L. Walker
Mr. and Mrs. John L. Walker of Brazil celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with an open house Sunday, Dec. 20, 2009.
The Walkers were married Dec. 15, 1949, in Brazil by the Rev. Boston.
Mrs. Walker, the former Wanda L. Reed, retired in 1982 from CBS in Terre Haute.
Walker retired in Dec. 1993 from Eli Lilly & Co. in Clinton.
The couple have two children, Brenda Timberman and husband Tim, and Curt Walker and wife Melanie, all of Brazil.
They also have four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
